In partnership with Corona, we developed and delivered a comprehensive merchandise program to support their Olympic sponsorship platform — designed to operate under global scrutiny and uncompromising timelines.

The collection balanced elevated, fashion-informed design with the practical demands of staff and VIP wear. Standard silhouettes were refined through considered fit, fabrication, and restrained branding — ensuring the pieces felt intentional, wearable, and aligned with Corona’s identity rather than overtly promotional.

My role helped define the merch logic, shaping the final product, overseeing development, vendor alignment, managing branding application, and leading production through to logistics and final delivery.
